Online Personal Training

 

Online personal training is a great option for those looking to work directly with an expert without necessarily being there in person.  

 

All clients receive:

- 4 week customized workouts created by Jess that are accessible through her fitness app.  The app can be accessed by mobile phone, computer or tablet devices.  Workouts are provided but the client determines the schedule so it's stress free!

- Weekly check ins with Jess for assessments and any needed guidance 

- Video tutorial for each exercise on your plan + track your progress through graphs and connected apps including Fitbit, MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch

- Nutrition guidance and access to in house resources exclusively to TGR® clients
