Plump Your Rump® 8 Week Workout Program

This isn't just another online butt workout program. If you are looking to sculpt your lower body and get in your best shape, then this program is for you! What's Included


Up to 3 workouts per week

3 strength training workouts a week for which can be done from comfort of your home or in a gym setting. These workouts require a foam roller, a set of dumbbells and a resistance band/hip loop.


Exercise Tutorial Videos

Video tutorial for each exercise on your plan so that you'll never have to worry about doing the exercise incorrectly in poor form.


Community Support Group

Get support by our trainers and interact with other members in our community support group.
