Lauren Brown is a California native, professionally trained chef and fitness enthusiast. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a concentration in Baking & Pastry Arts, Business Management, and Nutrition Sciences. She is passionate about helping her clients understand nutrition and how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food. Lauren’s specialty is curating recipes according to her client’s preferences including time, taste and goals. She is anti-diet, anti-restrictive eating and has taught her clients how to enjoy food without feeling guilty.

In addition to having an expertise in nutrition, Lauren has been physically active she was a child playing a variety of different sports.  This ultimately led her to becoming a group fitness instructor and private fitness coach. Her combination of fitness and nutrition knowledge has allowed her to expand her services for a more balanced approach in terms of health and wellness.
